Payment Plan options for the 90-Day & 30-Day Programs are offered and outlined below: 

90-Day: Deposit = $350 / Payment 1 =  $600 / Payment 2 = $550 / Payment 3 = $500

30-Day:  Deposit = $150 / Payment 1 = $300 / Payment 2 = $200

I am a graduate of Health Coach Institute: August 2021 Cohort. This institution is ICF (International Coach Federation) - Accredited.  I completed 6 months of coach-specific training which resulted in Certifications for both Health & Life Coaching services as of February 2022.

It's simple! Either contact me directly stating what you are interested in, or book your initial Discovery Call.  It is a complimentary 30-minute session dedicated to you and determining your Healthy Lifestyle desires! Together we can decide which program is right for you at this time and discuss how to move forward. 

I coach via phone! This eliminates the pressure to be on screen (who needs another Zoom-Teams- WebEx call, am I right!?). I'm here for you, to listen, support & guide. Show up as you are.  I want you to feel like you can be your true authentic self when spending time with me during our sessions. 

I would appreciate 24-hour notice, but I  also understand that life happens! I will allow up to 3 free last- minute reschedules for the 90-Day program & 1 free last-minute reschedule for the 30-Day program.
